Should I wash my climbing shoes ?

Yes it is advisable to clean your climbing shoes, but avoid machine washing as it can damage the materials. Instead, gently brush the exterior with a soft brush and a damp cloth. Allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources to maintain their shape and integrity.

What happens if additional repair is needed?

If additional repair is identified during the servicing of your shoes, we will contact you with a detailed assessment and seek your approval before proceeding. This ensures transparency and your satisfaction with the repair process.

My shoes feel tighter than before, why is that?

After repairs, especially involving resoling or patching, shoes may initially feel snugger as the materials need time to readjust to your feet. We recommend wearing them around the house for a few hours to help them stretch back to a comfortable fit.
